library Wines

Library wines are wines that we no longer have available for tasting in the tasting room.  They tend to become library wines when they are around four to five years old.

1998 Meritage

Our second Meritage, it is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich and smooth with deep aromas, this wine reminds us of our '94 and '97 wines which aged very gracefully.

Cabernet Franc

2002 -We've been working with this grape as a component of our Meritage. Aged in European Oak cooperage for two years, it has aromas of black cherry and vanilla. Try it with rack of lamb, roast beef, or cheese.

2001 Meritage

Our first Meritage with Cabernet Franc as the predominate grape in the blend (57%).   Cabernet Sauvignon takes a subordinate role at 31%, with Merlot at 12%. Aged in French and American Oak cooperage for 31 months, it is a wine of complex flavors and a silky finish.

2002 Meritage

Made from the best barrels of our Cabernet Sauvignon (58%), Cabernet Franc (32%) and Merlot (10%). Aged in French and American Oak cooperage for 35 months, it is a wine of superb elegance and finesse.

2004 Sangiovese

Made from 100% Sangiovese, the premier grape of Tuscany. A very drinkable wine with a great nose, fresh aromas of berries and nice spicy flavors. Goes well with hamburgers, steaks, turkey, duck, appetizers, cheeses, pasta dishes.
