2005 - A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon, this is a truly elegant white. Aromas of figs and melons with a hint of herbs. Great w/ shellfish, chicken, fish, pasta dishes w/cream sauces.

Chardonnay

2005- 50% barrel fermented in European oak, this wine has a perfect balance of fruit and oak flavors with a crisp, clean finish. An excellent match with chicken, fish, shellfish, and cheeses.

Riesling

2006 - Aromas of apples and spice. Wonderful picnic or poolside wine or serve it with chicken, ham, pork, pasta, and fruit salads.

Muscat Blanc

2005 - Lively acid and a wonderful grapefruit nose. We can’t seem to make enough of this wine. Serve chilled to enjoy as an aperitif or with fruits, salads, and cheeses.

RosÉ of Cabernet Sauvignon
